Okinawa children get to know rickshaws

A group of students who are rickshaw enthusiasts from universities in Tokyo called "Kuruma-ya" came to Okinawa to show their "old time oriental taxis" at Okinawa Children's Land, Sunday. At the park they delighted visiting children by giving free rickshaw rides.

They arrived at Naha Port by ferry from Osaka. After their one-day stint in Okinawan Children's Land the group went on to Ryukyu Mura in Yomitan, Tuesday. They will be at Neo Park in Nago today, and at Okinawa Expo Park in Motobu, tomorrow.
