Man held for threatening vice governorDate Posted: 2001-08-22 The suspect reportedly told investigators that he threatened the vice governor because he did not like the personnel decisions made at the Okinawa Public Corporation of Goods. He has admitted the charge. The suspect was reportedly working at the corporation on a six-month contract from last July. Reportedly there have been conflicts at the corporation regarding personnel decisions made by senior executive managing directors. Some workers have filed requests to prefecture officials demanding reconsideration of the decisions. |
