A Japanese Tea Ceremony class (“Cha-No-Yu”) will be held on Wednesday, January 19th at the kadena Family Support Center, Building 99, from 11:00 to 12:30 p.m. Tea Ceremonies are considered to be a very imporatant part of Japanese culture. The Wednesday lesson will offer an opportunity for those who sign up to learn a lot about the significance and importance of the ceremony, the ritual cleansing process, and the steps in preparing and serving the tea. Those interested in attending the class must register no later that this Friday, January 14th.
