Two men charged with raping a 12-year-oldDate Posted: 2009-10-08 Mitsunari Miyazato, a 27-year-old part-time worker from Nago City, and an unemployed man, 26-year-old Yoshimasa Ueharra, are in custody, but police investigators say the pair have yet to confess. The incident took place in late July in central Okinawa. After chasing the girl, they pulled their car in front of her, dragging her into the car and raped her. Police say in the course of the crime the two men, who are friends, hit the girl in the head, causing injuries. Prefecture Police say they are continuing their investigation. |
