Time to shape up and get fit

As the new year 2008 begins it maybe be a good time to take a close look at 1 Moore Rep Fitness Studio’s challenging, attainable 12-week program dubbed ‘Boot Camp.’

The purpose of the program is to enhance cardiovascular and muscular endurance, muscular strength, increase metabolic rate, and flexibility, and decrease body fat. During the program participants will also learn how to make sound nutritional and supplemental choices, proper hydration techniques, receive healthier lifestyle cooking tips, advice on injury prevention, proper exercise techniques and motivation and adherence fundamentals.

The 12-week program is conducted with classroom time of one hour from Monday through Friday with class times at 4, 5, and 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.. Participants can look forward to changes such as decreased body fat, decreased girth, improved cardio vascular endurance, increased muscular strength, decrease body weight, increased flexibility and healthier eating habits and lifestyle changes.

The cost of the program is $500.00 with a registration fee of at least $250.00 required to ensure a time slot.

1 Moore Rep also offers Advance and Maintenance Training whenever there is an open slot. The cost $200.00 but it is waived if included into the next boot Camp class sign up.
Personal Training Sessions are available at $30.00 per session, and Aerobics Classes cost $35.00 per month.
