Foreigner jumps from taxi without paying his fareDate Posted: 2007-12-03 The man hailed the taxi in Naha City’s Matsuo area near Kokusai Street, wanting to go to Korinza Building in Okinawa City. As the taxi driver stopped, the man jumped from the taxi without paying the ¥6,900 fare. The taxi driver told police the man ran from the scene, headed toward Gate 2 Street. The man is described as black, 180cm tall, slender, and between 20-30 years of age. Okinawa City Police are investigating. |
