Holiday Bazaar opens tomorrow at the Camp Foster Field House

Date Posted: 2007-11-22

With gift items available from across Asia, the Army and Air Force Exchange Service is calling its Holiday Bazaar the best and largest bazaar on Okinawa.

It opens a three-day run tomorrow at the Camp Foster Field House, with more than 40 vendors showing their wares drawn from more than 15 countries. The Holiday Bazaar runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. ~ 6 p.m., featuring furniture and home décor items, crafts, porcelain, lacquer ware, ceramics, carpets from around the world, vintage kimonos, jewelry, and even tee shirts.

AAFES New Car Sales will be giving away a Jeep Patriot and a Toyota Vitz on Sunday, and AAFES concessionaires will be giving away dozens of other prizes. SOFA personnel can register for the cars at any Exchange New Car Sales location island-wide, and can get details by listening to AFN. AAFES will give away 20 keys, two of which will unlock the cars. Key holders must be present at Camp Foster Field House Sunday 4 p.m. in order to win.
