Kubasaki to offer kids a cheerleading camp

Dragon Cheer Camps are designed to introduce youngsters to cheerleading, a popular activity promoting school spirit, winning traditions, and fond memories.

Kubasaki High School Far East Cheerleaders will conduct two camps this month, teaching kids cheerleading fundamentals including a souvenir cheer bow. The camp fee includes lunch, a souvenir photo with a favorite Dragon cheerleader, and a chance to perform alongside Kubasaki High School cheerleaders at halftime of a home basketball game this season.

The Camp for Grates K-4 will be held 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. October 20th. The camp will be repeated October 27th for Grades 5-8. Registration fee is $20 in advance, or $25 at the door. Parents should email DragonCheerCamp@gmail.com to enroll a child. Parents should provide the chld’s name and school grade, their name and a contact telephone number.
