Angry teen torches family homeDate Posted: 2007-10-09 Fire investigators suspected arson, and confronted the teen with the question “How did you start the fire, and why?” After initially being in shock, the boy confessed “I was fighting with my mother and I got mad at her, so I set fire to my room curtain with my lighter.” He described to firefighters how the flames leapt from the curtains to the walls, and then ceiling.
