Shop owner arrested for sex with underage girlDate Posted: 2007-09-01 A Ginowan City man running an adult entertainment shop has been busted for using a 14-year-old girl in his operations, and for having sex with her. Yuuta Higa was arrested by Ginowan City Police and charged with violating the Child Welfare Law. He told officers the small girl had responded to a ‘help wanted’ advertisement on her cell phone last March, and told him “I need money.” The 26-year-old Higa admitted he knew she was under 18 years of age, but hired her anyway, “teaching her how to get customers, and how to do work.” He permitted the girl to engage in prostitution with customers, and personally engaged in sex acts with her. Higa told police he let the girl go with customers, and he got a lot of money from customers. The girl finally admitted her activities to her family, and they went to police. |
