Eggplant with miso pasteDate Posted: 2006-11-17 Ingrefiesnts Eggplant – 4 (large) Minced meat – 250 g Olive oil – 2 tbs Miso paste – 2 tbs Mirin – 2 tbs Bonito flakes – 1 bag (20 g) 1. Cut the eggplants into four pieces each lengthwise. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan. 3. Fri the minced meat. Add the eggplant slices into the same pan. 4. After frying for 2 minutes, add miso paste. 5. Finally add mirin and bonito flakes to the mix. 6. Divide on plates and serve. |
