Fried tuna with sesameBy: Tomoko Tomori Date Posted: 2006-11-02 For 4 persons Tuna filets – 250 g Japanese sake – 2 tbs Soy sauce – 1 tbs Pepper – to taste Egg white – 1 White sesame – 5 tbs Black sesame – 3 tbs Olive oil – for deep fry Salt – to taste 1. Cut tuna files to 2-inch by 2-inch pieces, then marinate for 30 minutes in a mix of soy sauce, sake, pepper and salt. 2. Dip the tuna filets in a mix to egg white and white and black sesame. 3. Deep fry the pieces in olive oil until they become golden brown (about 6 minutes) |
