Mrs. Barrow lives with her family on Kadena Air Base and has been on Okinawa since January. She admits that she has not ventured much to off-base dining places yet and do far her favorite dining place has been the Macaroni Grill on Camp Foster, but she has heard about Sam’s and is looking forward to having a great dining experience. Tess Lorenzo is the lucky winner of a ¥5,000 gift card for Salon Sivilla. Tess is a counselor at McTureous School and has been living on Okinawa for eight years and is looking forward to several more to come. “I simply love Okinawa,” she says. With this campaign, Japan Update and our sponsors will donate prizes every week to our readers. The prizes will include dinner tickets, tickets for a visit to esthetic salons, telephone cards and other useful prizes. The winners will be selected by a raffle with a representative of our sponsors picking up the weekly lucky winner.
