Okinawa losing grip on long life honorsDate Posted: 2006-07-28 The Okinawa Prefecture is reportedly pessimistic that the average life span of males here is on the decline. It says the trend is continuing, and notes that obesity, diabetes, overindulgence in alcohol and cancer are principal causes.
