Furniture & Jewelry Fair kicks off tomorrow at Foster Field HouseDate Posted: 2006-04-28   Sponsored by the Army & Air Force Exchange Service, the bazaar is bringing new vendors and new merchandise to the local military community. Last year’s Furniture and Jewelry Fair featured rosewood, bamboo, teakwood and Japanese style furniture, shell products, Korean antique furniture, Persian and Indian carpets, and jewelry. AAFES organizers say it’s not too late for vendors to get a space to show off their new products. They say it’s a perfect opportunity to let military patrons make their purchases before the transfer season. The Furniture and Jewelry Fair runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 8pm. |
