Art auction benefits Okinawa charitiesDate Posted: 2005-01-20 The event, sponsored by The Army Women’s Group and Kanda’s Gallery, takes place February 5th at the Kadena Officers Club. Japanese artists specializing in traditional and contemporary Japanese prints will be offering their wares during the evening auction, which begins at 6pm and runs until 10pm. Art auction proceeds support the military community and Japanese charitable organizations. Bid books will be sold at the door.
