Man sets schoolgirls hair on fire in Onna VillageDate Posted: 2004-02-26 Police say the man approached the girl from behind and then lit her hair with the lighter without saying a word. The girl managed to douse her burning hair and fled the scene. She suffered no burns or other injuries. The girl described the incident to her teacher at school the next day, and school officials called the police. The man was described as being in his late 50’s. He was wearing dark blue working-style clothes and had gray hair. The police suspect that he may be homeless. |
