“Men Who Cook” on Kadena: Just a Gala Affair

For the first time on the island of Okinawa, gourmet lovers will receive a royal treatment from “Men Who Cook.” Considered by its organizers as the premier social event of the season, the Men Who Cook gala affair is intends to give everyone a taste of the rare cuisine that only a few chosen ones have the opportunity to enjoy in the secrecy of their homes from time to time.

The Ladies of Distinction for Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA) Sorority, Inc. are the main sponsors of the event. It will feature prominent men from all ranks, branches of military service, DOD civilians and other men representing a spectrum of the whole community. The men will serve their favorite homemade dishes, made up of delicacies carefully executed with culinary expertise.
