Middle-aged woman caught stealing from companyDate Posted: 1999-10-08 The suspect, 45-year-old Eiko Matayoshi, was employed by a Futenma-based company in September 1997 until March 1999, and is alleged to have stolen ¥360,000 for herself, instead of handing the cash over to the company. The company owner noticed the shortfall in her sales figures and took the women to court in order to retrieve the money. As a result of this legal action, Ginowan City Police started an investigation and arrested the suspect, who admitted her guilt. |
