Five juveniles detained over car theftDate Posted: 1999-09-25 At about 2:30 a.m., the boys allegedly stole the van from a company parking lot and then drove to Ufudo, Motobu Town, where they attempted to steal a vending machine. The owner of the light van, however, located the suspects as they wrestled with the vending machine and immediately notified police when the boys fled on foot. Motobu Police were quickly on-scene and apprehended the suspects, who admitted their involvement after being questioned by the officers. |
