A limited edition of four varieties of the “Hello Kitty” and “My Melody” pre-paid postal cards are now available at Japanese post offices throughout the island. With the pre-paid card, postage is made a lot simpler and the cards can be used to pay for any postage charges within the credit range of the card. Prices for the cards range from between ¥500 and ¥1000.
