Danny from Camp Schwab asks:

If I want to do a body building show how many months should I set aside to get ready?

There are two ways to do this. One would be to stay in shape year round. This will keep you from jumping through hoops at the last minute to get ready. If your schedule doesnít allow you to stay in good shape you will need at least three months if you are considering doing a show. Usually the personnel that can do a show three months out are the individuals with experience or have a natural muscularity.

Supplements will become an important factor in your efforts, but don't look for your local doctor or dietitian to suggest anything. The reason being it isn't for medical reasons, and it may create one. Remember itís your body make your choices wisely.
