Marine arrested for punching drunk driver in GinowanDate Posted: 2003-05-17 Itosu, who suffered light injuries to the face, was also arrested at the scene for driving under the influence. Police say that the Marine had also consumed alcohol. According to investigators, the altercation started after the Marine watched Itosu getting into his car while apparently drunk, and then hitting a pole at the entrance when trying to negotiate his way out of a parking lot. A shouting match ensued and it ended with the marine punching Itosu on the face. The police were alerted by passers-by. |
