The cafe restaurant, Fontaine, located in the Loisir Hotel Okinawa, is presently hosting the third Italian Fair and as such an experienced Italian chef has been invited to share his culinary art with Okinawa.

As guest chef, Riccio Gaetano is already offering all-comers a delicious serving of Italian cuisine. And you can be sure you and your taste buds will go home well satisfied. With more than 25 years' experience, Riccio certainly has the qualifications to provide a sumptuous repast, and has won several world cooking contests. He also serves as grand initiator at chefs-to-be functions at cooking schools in Naples.

You'll find a number of Italian platters, including seductive desserts, served buffet style at the fair, with a menu featuring various sea food, cheese, tomatoes, and garlic, all essential items when preparing Italian food. The daily entrees stay basically the same, however, minor changes to the main menu are often made.

Ticket prices range from ・3,500 for adults, ・1,700 for children from 7-12 years of age, to ・800 for children aged 4-6. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are also available at extra charge. The tickets must be paid for in Japanese yen.

The fair takes place everyday until April 11 from 6p.m. - 9p.m. Fontaine is located on the first floor of the hotel.

How to get there: Take Route 58 from Kadena to Naha. When you reach at the Asahi Bridge (you'll see it after passing the KDD sign on your right), turn right at the traffic lights into Route 390. Then, go straight about 4 blocks, and you'll see the Loisir Hotel Okinawa ahead of you.
