Each year there are dozens upon dozens of new exercise equipment manufactured to assist potential customers at meeting their fitness goals. All are supposed to be the only equipment that you'll ever need. The majority of the equipment will ensure that you perform the exercise with proper form. Making an ergonomic and bio-mechanical change to your exercise program would accomplish the proper technique. Body Fat Percentage

There are several methods of determining your body fat, and all of them will provide a different answer based on the methods behind each procedure. An important point is to consider the method you chose and stay with it. Which one is best for you? Hydrostatic is the most accurate and expensive. Tape measuring is inexpensive and primarily for personnel that are in the 36 and above fat percentage (skin folds are difficult to grasp). Calipers are inexpensive and primarily for persons that are in the 36 and below fat percentage (skin folds are easier to grasp), and bio-electrical is fairly inexpensive but its accuracy is questionable.
