Man killed by drunk driver

Early Wednesday morning, a 41-year-old man was struck and killed when walking across a road in Tomishiro Village. Eisaku Tsuhako, 25, hit Yoshimi Higa at 1:00 a.m. with his motor bike. Mr. Higa immediately lost consciousness and was pronounced dead at 8:32 a.m. the same day.

According to an investigation by Tomishiro Village Police, the suspect was intoxicated and driving his bike at the time of the accident. Authorities also believe Tsuhako was careless and not paying attention to pedestrians.
