Sports Drinks, What makes a beverage a sports drink? Your selection should be based on the contents of the container, not the hype on the outside on the label. Such as drinks that claim to quench your thirst. You have to ask your self, what is the ingredient that quenches your thirst. The answer is Water. Water is also a hydration source. The ingredients accompanying the water will give you what you need per sport. A common supplement that adds to the factor of hydration is Glycerol Ester. You would think that the fluid replacement drinks would contain substance similar to this product, but they don't. Although I enjoy all of the above drinks, I pick them based on the ingredients and per activity, not based on the name. Make your choices wisely, it's your body.

Gluteus Maximus- A muscle that gets the wrong type of attention. Most women that want to reduce the size of their gluteus, spend more time exercising this particular body part.
