The price a Trainer charges does not indicate whether he or she is the best one to help you reach your goals. Interview your Trainer, just as he/she will interview you. The Trainer must be sympathetic to what you're trying to accomplish, you don't need another person telling you that you're over weight. The trainer must have a grasp of working with the opposite sex. Ask how long they have been a personal trainer and how often they train people. Experience accompanied with certification makes for a knowledgeable Trainer. Ask as many questions as possible then make your choice. Choose wisely, it's your body.
