Prefecture to establish guidelines regarding sexual harassmentDate Posted: 1999-03-02 Many cities and towns in Okinawa are trying to establish similar guidelines, although many officials admit that the guidelines alone are not enough to prevent sexual harassment completely. Most of them plan to make their rules along the lines of the prefectural regulations. The new guidelines supposedly are not restricted only to working hours but also cover the time after hours. They will also include rules regarding sexual harassment of men by women. |
