Black history Month open forum scheduled

The Okinawa West-Indian Association will be hosting an "Open Forum" in support of the Black History Month. The forum will take place at Butler Officers’ Club Friday, Feb. 19 starting with cocktails at 6 p.m. The event itself will commence from 7 p.m.

At the forum, a five-member panel of diverse origins will discuss and answer questions on issues of past, present and future. The guest speaker is Mgen. Charles F.
