Naha Police arrested a 53-year-old jobless man from Chiba Prefecture, Wednesday, on suspicion of sending an envelope containing white powder to Naha branch of the Daiichi Kangyo Bank. He was questioned on charges of obstructing business. The suspect is being held in the custody of Naha Police but he reportedly denies the charges.
