Parcel checking tightened at Naha Post OfficeDate Posted: 2001-10-25 There are eight central post offices in Japan that distribute inbound international mail to branch offices. The Naha office is one of them, and officials say that they receive about five to eight hundred letters and parcels per day on average. They add that the inspection of parcels suspected of containing prohibited items is tightened, and suspicious parcels are fully checked with an X-ray tester. |
