Citizens of Nago who helped beautify their streets for the Group of Eight Summit and want to keep the town as it is, have been planting flowers again. The “Hometown with Flowers” group, together with volunteers, last week planted blooms on the streets and along the Kochi river in Nago city.
By the end of this month, they aim to plant 125,000 flowers, such as Begonias and Impatiens, along Nago city’s streets.
