Naha Taxi driver arrested for hit and run

Naha City Police arrested a 62-year-old taxi driver, Thursday, in Naha City, on charges of causing a bodily injury through professional negligence, and violating the road control law.

According to investigators, the suspect hit a 21-year-old man who was riding a bicycle and a 33-year-old pedestrian, when he made a turn into Kokusai street in Makishi, Naha City.

He then left the scene of the accident.
