Six NFL All Star Cheerleaders representing the Washington Redskins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Baltimore Ravens, St. Louis Rams, and the Miami Dolphins came to Okinawa last weekend to bring a taste of home to the island.

The cheerleaders held a youth cheerleading camp on July 27, and performed their routine at the Kadena Banyan Tree Club on July 28. The camp was held for youth ages 7-18 at the O’Connor Gym on July 27 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Afterwards, a demonstration was held for parents and friends at 2:30 p.m., followed by an autograph session.

The next day, these six cheerleaders met at the Johnson Dining Facility for a “meet and greet” from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and held two performances at the Banyan Tree Club at 5:30 and 6 p.m. respectively, followed by an autograph and photo session.

They will continue their Japan Tour with performances in Atsugi on July 31 – Aug. 1, and at the Saikai Festival in Sasebo on Aug. 4 - 6 before continuing to Korea for performances in Osan on Aug. 7 - 8.

To the six NFL All Star Cheerleaders who gave up their time to visit Okinawa, thank you!
