Store manager, clerk held of selling booze to youth

Naha Police has sent a report of a 31-year-old convenience store manager, and his 20-year-old employee to the prosecutors on charges of violating of the Underage Alcohol Drinking Prohibition Laws, Friday.

The two reportedly sold liquor to some high school students without checking their age. Both have admitted the charges. The students who bought the alcohol became drunk in a park near by, and three of them were later taken to a hospital for an acute alcohol poisoning.
