Student medical records stolen in Urasoe

A Junior High School in Urasoe City reported to the police, Sunday that a total of 542 medical examination record cards of all of their third year students had been stolen.

According to the investigation, the cards were stolen from a bookshelf in the school’s clinic between 18 and 26 of April. The door of the room did not have a lock. The cards held reportedly the students’ dental records.
