Gushikawa City, its Board of Education, Welfare Assembly, and Police Department carried out an inspection of the streets around the town’s Agena intersection. Sites where traffic accidents happen frequently were carefully examined. As a result of the check some signboards are going to have their heights altered. Overgrown plants will be cut down and new traffic signs put up. A wheelchair was also taken around to see where sidewalks could be improved for the disabled.
