Date Posted: 2000-07-14

Itoman City has organized the drawing of pictures on the Nishizaki Sea Wall on the theme of the Okinawa Summit; Hopes, Dreams and World Peace. Each picture is 1 meter by 1.5 meters and the festival started on July 2.

Eriko Kinjou, president of the art club said, “we would like to appeal for world peace through our pictures. It was so much fun to draw pictures on the sea wall.”
