The construction of the newest shopping center in Chatan boom town, Chatan Carnival Park Mihama, has been completed. The occasion was celebrated with a colorful illumination the complex’es most imposing feature, a Ferris wheel constructed on top of the building. The shopping center will officially open to the public on Saturday.
