Okinawa city, Chatan city, and Ginowan city are preparing to start recycling plastic bottles. They are also going to promote transparent garbage bags. Some of the garbage from these three cities used to be processed by Minami Co. However, Minami Co. will soon be receiving an administrative order that will shut it down because of the reported illegal dumping incident. Reduction of garbage became necessary because of the closing down of Minami Co. The cities expect reduction of garbage by recycling plastic bottles. The plastic bottles are going to be processed in Gushikawa city. Samples of transparent garbage bags are going to be given to each family.
