On Friday, March 31st, from 1:00-4:00 p.m., the Camp Courtney American Red Cross Station will be having an open house. During the month of March, the American Red Cross is recognized for its humanitarian efforts and its service to the community. The Red Cross will be hosting activities such as disaster preparedness, blood pressure checks, and CPR demonstrations. This event will also include face painting for kids, refreshments, and door prizes. American Red Cross members will also be disseminating materials on various programs and classes being offered and volunteer opportunities available to military service members and their families. Everyone in the community is invited to join in celebrating this annual event.
