Brooklyn - Afrique Reggae at KMT Club Nest

Its Brooklyn in the house! New York legendary reggae dancehall sound is invading Okinawa with Supa Flex of Afrique Sound Station.

Now, JamRock promotions of Okinawa has linked up with this Brooklyn legend to tear the house down, dancehall style. The event gets under way at 10 p.m. Saturday at Club Nest located in Koza Music Town, outside of Kadena Air Base Gate 2. Big Up Dancehall party features special guest SUPA FLEX of Afrique Sound station live.

Afrique Sound station was formed in the early 1980s by Supa Claude, aka the Musical Pioneer. As, the demand for the unique dancehall style grew, so did the roster of talent. Supa Flex joined Afrique sound in 1998 along with other well recognized selectors of the dancehall sound. He established a firm position in the world of reggae dancehall by performing around the world, and is one of very few selectors that is in heavy rotation within the famous Brooklyn reggae battle ground.
