Mardi Gras Party goes 'Deep Fried Jazz' FridayDate Posted: 2012-02-17  The Friday evening show starts at 8 p.m., and is open to adults only. The evening is open to all ranks and services. The evening show features a buffet that includes traditional Cajun favorites as Gumbo, Shrimp Etouffe, Ham and Sausage Jambalaya, Alabama Pulled Pork, Whole Kernel Corn with Pimentos, Creole Mac & Cheese, Red Beans and Rice, Dinner Rolls, Cajun Jalapeno Corn Bread and Creole Bread Pudding.
