The Keihan Distribution Systems’ spokesman confirmed that “it is true we’re examining the plan, but we haven’t decided the investment scale and the actual number of shops. We’ll estimate demand, an then decide.” Keihan Distribution Systems operates commercial facilities in the greater Tokyo Metropolitan area, Fukuoka City, and centering on the Kansai area. GIC Real Estate has invested in more than 30 countries, as well as Japan. |
