Marine NCO charged with drunk drivingDate Posted: 2011-12-23 Uruma Police arrested Sergeant Shay Jackson after stopping him about 4:20 a.m. Sunday on Prefectural Road 75 at Akamichi. They say he tested about double the legally permissible amount of alcohol on his breath.
