She’s scheduled to move on to new landscapes in next March. She says her stay in Okinawa has been a very nice experience as she has met lots of very friendly people here. She has been especially impressed with local Japanese day care. “Japanese education system for toddlers is very impressive,” she says. Her favorite local food is Okinawa soba. “That’s something I could eat almost every day and never get tired of it,” she states.
