Marine busted for drunk driving and speedingDate Posted: 2011-12-02 Randy Howell has denied the drunk driving charge, which Ishikawa Police have applied as a violation of the Road Traffic Law. He told police “I drank only a little on the way going home.” Arresting officers say Howell’s alcohol test showed about seven times the permissible alcohol standard when stopped at 1 a.m. on a road in the Ishikawa district of Uruma City. The Marine was also clocked at speeds in excess of 110kph, while driving on the roadway posted at 50kph. Police say Howell was not contesting the speeding violation. |
