Walk-in flu shots clinic coming to Camp FosterDate Posted: 2011-11-25 Flu shots will be available for anyone 6 months or older eligible for care at military health care facilities in Okinawa. The vaccine is free for all beneficiaries, including pay patients. In conjunction with the immunization clinic, MCCS Health Promotion and USNH Health Promotion will have booths set up with program information, handouts, and activities for the kids. All participants should bring their ID cards, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. Immunizations personnel will make entries on personal records such as form PHS-731 (International Certificate of Vaccinations) upon request. The Foster Field House is located in Bldg. #5902 on Camp Foster, adjacent to Gunner’s Gym.
