Golden Kings launch season on winning noteDate Posted: 2011-10-20 Narito Namisato racked up 24 points in the season-opening Saturday victory,105-97, while six Golden Kings scored in double figures for coach Dai Oketani Sunday as the squad picked up its second win, 93-82. Namisoto Chengdo tallied 19 points while Naoto Kosuge scored 16. Jeff Newton picked up 14 and added ten rebounds, while Anthony McHenry’s 14 points were coupled with seven assists. Okinawa stays on the road this weekend, heading to Osaka for a pair of contests against the Evessa. Saturday’s contest will be broadcast live on NHK television starting a t 2 pm.
